Our Victorian client has very swiftly become a world leader in the large-scale production and distribution of this brilliant new product - so much so that existing high production levels are set to double in the very near future.
With commendable foresight, the organisation has been implementing SAP Business One throughout its operations, and now seeks a Hands On warehousing and logistics professional to take over the control of goods inward and outward bound.
The refreshing drink known as Kombucha is believed to have found favour with the Chinese as long as 3000 years ago. And it's known for a fact that Russian enthusiasts were drinking it in the 19th century.
It's fermented tea, as refreshing as it is healthy. Sounds simple, but it takes real expertise to brew and inspired vision to succeed commercially in a crowded marketplace. You will be able to sample it very soon as it appears on every supermarket shelves, if it's not there already.
Number one priority for this role would be stabilising order reliability and accuracy via accurate stock cycle counts, order and dispatch confirmation and orderly receipt of incoming raw materials. Transportation management and warehousing issues will also be priorities and you must be hands-on wherever required, including forklift and order picking.
