The Role:
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Qualified Senior Accountant in Melbourne’s Box Hill District.
This is an opportunity for you to manage your own client portfolio and provide other value added services.
This is a true multi faceted role that will get you away from the average compliance roles on offer and give you an opportunity
to advise your clients on things other than tax such as cost minimisation, profit optimisation, cash flow management,
unit costing and various other important management factors.
In addition to:
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of interim accounts (where required)
Preparation of income tax returns
Preparation of BAS and GST compliance
You will also:
Liaise directly with your client base as their advisor and the primary contact
Offer various advice regarding both tax planning and tax minimisation
Perform Management Accounting tasks
Offer a variety of value added services
Offer business development strategies
You will work on a variety of clients of various structures including companies, partnerships and trusts, predominately SME.

Necessary Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this position, you must have:
Minimum of 4 years local Public Practice experience
Completed Australian tertiary studies
CA or CPA Qualified
Previous direct client exposure

Salary:
Range between $60,000 and $80,000 plus Super with potential for more depending on your prior experience and qualifications.
