THE COMPANY: Our client is a market leader in property development and property management. Due to expansion within the organisation, an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced administrator to join this team of professionals. Less than 5 kilometres from the CBD, there is easy access to both train and tram. 

THE ROLE: Are you ready to take that next rewarding step in your administration career? If so, this could well be the opportunity you are seeking. Apart from general administration duties, you will have significant input to many of the company’s major projects. You will liaise with senior partners and directors of the business, and work closely with contractors and other outside stakeholders. This is a varied role. Never dull. Never routine. 

THE CANIDATE: You will have exceptional communications and inter-personal skills. You will have intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience using MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. You will have above average typing skills and accuracy. Previous Dictaphone experience is preferred. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced, professional administration environment, ideally within the property development and management sector, or possibly from a civil engineering, construction or architectural administration background. You will have a keen eye for detail and be proficient at multi tasking. Previous PA or secretarial experience will be well favoured. Qualifications in business administration will be well regarded.
